Description: Designed building with a 14-store podium and a 9-store parking.
Total GFA 2 020 870 sq. ft.
Collaborated with a lead architects in preparing a Building permit set of drawings, including:
Project data, building code analysis, Floor plans, Unit plans, building sections and elevations BIM
FRR set of drawings for CoBurnaby, Details, Stair sections and details for all building (more than 20 stairs). Conducted through review and checks of consultants drawings, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Calculated commercial and residential areas for accurate project documentation.
Transformed existing 2D drawings into a comprehensive BIM model for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Conducted project field review – prepared Site Review reports.
